Through her Sustainable Leader approach, Jodie teaches you how to regulate your energy, lead with clarity, and stay grounded, no matter what life throws your way.

What began as 1:1 sessions in her home has evolved into global programs and experiences that have helped countless people rebuild from burnout, rediscover their strength, and step into leadership, in business, relationships, and life.

Jodie embodies a blend of nurturing elegance and real-world hustle — a life rooted in joy, abundance, and authenticity, without losing the raw truth forged by her hard beginnings.

Leaving home at 15, she learned early how to stand on her own two feet.

By 17, she’d started her first business while working three jobs, building the grit that would shape her path. At 35, she became a two-time state hip hop champion, proving that resilience can dance as fiercely as it fights.

After climbing her way to a six-figure corporate career, Jodie realized the “perfect life”, the house, car, and success, still left her feeling disconnected and unfulfilled. So, she walked away to follow her true purpose: guiding others through transformation from the inside out.

Today, she blends business strategy with spiritual depth, helping individuals and organizations rise with clarity, confidence, and impact. As a devoted mother of two teenage daughters and a mentor to thousands worldwide, Jodie brings both the refined and the real to everything she does.
