📅 Bookings & Payments

All sessions and courses are booked via Ivorey or the official Sunshine Within booking system.

Full payment is required at checkout unless a payment plan is arranged.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.

Missed sessions or cancellations under 24 hours are forfeited.

Exceptions may be made for emergencies at Sunshine Within’s discretion.

💬 Communication & Support

Support available Mon–Fri | 7:00 am–9:00 pm ACDT via email, text, or Ivory messaging.

Weekend messages are answered on the next business day (excluding emergencies).

🤫 Confidentiality

All client and session information remains confidential.
No information is shared without written permission unless required by law.

🎓 3. Courses, Digital Programs & Workbooks

All courses and digital products (including The Empowerment Series, The Awakening Series, and The Sustainable Leader) are delivered through Ivorey.

🌟 Course Terms

Access: Immediate access is granted upon purchase, unless stated otherwise.

Duration: Access may be ongoing or time-limited depending on the program.

Confidentiality: Group and community spaces are private; content must not be shared externally.

Payments: All payments are final and non-refundable.

Use: Materials are for personal transformation only not for resale or duplication.

Technical Access: Sunshine Within is not liable for downtime, connectivity issues, or platform errors beyond our control.
